Business Participation Terms

Businesses may preview opportunities for free. To submit an offer and communicate with the customer, a business pays a one-time participation fee of $10 per opportunity.

The participation fee is for access to the opportunity only. It does not guarantee a job, a customer response, or a sale. The customer may choose another business, not respond, or cancel the request.

Participation fees are not refundable simply because a business does not win the job.

Businesses may not contact customers outside conversations the customer initiates, and must keep customer information confidential and use it only to respond to the opportunity.

ClaimAPrice may suspend businesses that misrepresent themselves or misuse the platform.
